The item must be returned in its original, unworn, and undamaged condition, with all original packaging, including any tags, certificates, and accompanying materials.
Items that have been customized, engraved, or altered in any way after shipment are generally not eligible for a refund, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Return Process

Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions.
Secure Packaging: Carefully package the item to prevent damage during return shipping. We recommend using the original packaging if possible.
Free Return Shipping: We offer free return shipping. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label and instructions on how to return the item.
Ship the Item: Ship the item back to us following the provided instructions and using the prepaid shipping label. Please ensure the RA number is clearly marked on the package.
Inspection and Processing
Once we receive your returned item, our quality assurance team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria.
Please allow 5 business days from the date we receive the returned item for the inspection and processing of your refund.
Refund Method
Your refund will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
