• Throughout the making process, we will keep you informed via email and WhatsApp, sharing updates on the progress of your ring.
• Before shipping, we will also share photos of your completed ring to ensure you are delighted with the final result.

For custom-designed or made-to-order pieces, the processing time may be longer. You will be informed of the estimated processing time at the time of your order.
