Making Time & Updates:

-As all our jewelry is made to order with meticulous care, please allow approximately 3 weeks for the creation of your bespoke piece.

-Throughout the making process, we will keep you informed via email and WhatsApp, sharing updates on the progress of your ring.

-Before shipping, we will also share photos of your completed ring to ensure you are delighted with the final result.

For custom-designed or made-to-order pieces, the processing time may be longer. You will be informed of the estimated processing time at the time of your order.

Shipping Information

 

Free Worldwide Express Shipping: We proudly offer free 5-day express shipping worldwide via UPS. Please note that this is an estimate and may vary slightly due to customs procedures in your country.

Physical Address Required: We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.

Tracking Information: Once your ring has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number, allowing you to monitor its journey online.

Signature Required: All deliveries require a signature upon receipt.

Delivery Updates: Delivery details will be provided through WhatsApp chat or email.

No Rerouting: We cannot reroute your package once the shipment is in transit.
